On the quality scale I’d give this around a 6/10. The best way to do this is removing the moldings from the vehicle and using a urethane 2k primer. It should hold up pretty well still, rattle can primer isn’t the best choice, but not being over any body filler makes it not so bad here. Sorry, lost video after the 2nd coat of base also.
